Scheduling Policy:
All courses are available to be scheduled at the client's location to provide maximum convenience and minimum participant travel requirements. All scheduling requests require confirmation by the scheduling organization that all applicable minimum participant registrations will be met before scheduling will be finalized to ensure course viability. A delivery fee will be applied based on the length and complexity of the course, and may be adjusted to account for additional staffing requirements as well as travel distance, travel time, and any associated lodging or transportation expenses when applicable. Training will be considered finalized by Vital Skills 911, LLC upon receipt of the completed and signed Training Agreement.
Cancellation Policy for Contracted Course Delivery:
Cancellation or failure to meet required course minimums impacts scheduling and instructor allocation. Written cancellation provided 30 days or more prior to the course date will incur no cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 30 days but greater than 14 days' notice will result in 50% of the contracted fee being charged. Cancellation with less than 14 days’ notice, or failure to meet the required participant minimums day of, will result in a 75% contracted fee being charged.
